Jessi Norgard

Jessi is a singer/songwriter from Brighton, now living in Cornwall.

The mystery and thrill of songwriting is what keeps Jessi returning to music with her notebook and guitar.

Jessi's style has been described as 60's folk with a modern edge.

Her songs often draw on the natural world and weave visual imagery and fantasy into everyday experiences. Four tracks from her new EP 'Temporary Kind' have been played on BBC Introducing and described by DJ Sarah Gosling as being 'beautiful and haunting'.

Jessi gigs around the UK with her guitar and guitarist, Rob Holt. Jessi co-founded the band 'Four People' with whom she has toured around the UK and Europe. She has also sung backing vocals for a number of bands in the UK and Europe.

Jessi is influenced, among many, by Leonard Cohen.
